Spotless hotel with attentive staff. Loved the rooftop views during breakfast. Only downside was walking through a dark alley to get there at night. Easy access to local transport for sightseeing and walking tours.

The location was cool, right by the harbor, and breakfast had a sick view! But seriously, the room was way too small. Plus, I didn't feel safe here at all – staff opened my friend’s door in the middle of the night! Breakfast wasn’t worth it either, I can’t recommend it.

The rooftop breakfast was a delightful spread, featuring a wide variety of dishes, including vegetarian options. Staff members consistently provided exceptional service, always ready to assist with anything needed. The staff really stand out here. they are attentive and eager to help with any request. My room, the Superior Family Room, had elegant decor. However, the seating areas needed better accessibility. Maneuvering around was a bit tough with my luggage. The bathroom could use an upgrade, especially the towels. They felt worn out and not very inviting. Despite these minor flaws, the overall atmosphere made it a pleasant stay.

However, the terrace can be quite chilly in January, suggesting a need for more heaters. Overall, a lovely experience despite this minor discomfort.
